A member of the Federal Parliament shall become vacant in any of the following cases:-
(a) If he tenders his resignation in writing to the Speaker or the Chairman,
(b) If he does not have or does not have the qualifications under Article 87,
(c) If the term of office of the House of Representatives or the term of office of a member of the National Assembly expires,
(d) If he is absent from ten consecutive meetings without giving notice to the House concerned,
(e) If the party for which he was elected as a candidate and a member, informs that he has left the party in accordance with the federal law,
(f) In case of his death.
